While the festive season is all about ending the year on a high note.It’s also a period of new beginnings, out with the old in the new. Planning to renovate your house this festive season while you enjoy a well deserved break? There a few things you need to keep in mind when you do.

A comfortable living space makes a huge difference to your wellbeing, you spend most hours of your day at home, it should be a place where you find your piece of mind. Here’s what you need to know if you’re planning on renovating your home this festive season.

Know Your Limitations
First things first, what can and can’t you do? Make sure you check the legal obligations and requirements, especially if the property is located in a complex or secluded estate.
