Career History:
1986 to 2002
I worked as a stock broker on the JSE for a number of firms both in SA and in London. Ended up listing my own Stock broking firm Greenwich on the JSE and sold out to the Mettle Group which ended my stock broking career. I was the youngest junior member of the JSE in 1987 and became the youngest full member of the JSE in 1988.
I was frequently asked to give reports to various radio stations and hence my love for radio was born.
2002 to 2004.
I worked at Radio 702 as the Business Editor on the John Robbie & David O Sullivan shows.
2004 to 2011.
I joined of Kaya FM 95.9 in January 2005 as the Business Editor. I was on the breakfast show and the “pm drive”. By September I was given my own business show and Kaya Biz was born.
The show has been on for nearly seven years and is enjoyed by both seasoned businessmen and women and also those starting off in business for the very first time.
