EFF leader Julius Malema expected to join Marikana proceedings
EFF leader Julius Malema is expected to join proceedings underway in Marikana – marking the 4 year anniversary of the 2012 killings. Malema has come under fire for blaming the ANC for the deaths of 44 people killed during the unrest at Lonmin mine.
The EFF says this is the day the ruling party was exposed as an anti-black organization – which is prepared to kill black people and protect white monopoly capital.
Scores of people are currently gathered at the Koppie near the mine in the North west
“No government spills the blood of black people and nothing is done.”
This is a warning from the EFF to the ANC lead government – over the Marikana massacre.
The EFF is joining the commemorative event to remember the deaths of 44 people killed at Marikana in 2012
The EFF says it will not rest until those responsible for the massacre are held accountable.
While no one from the North West government is in attendance today – Lonmin CEO Ben Magara is expected to address scores of people at the Koppie in Marikana
