Participants/listeners enter or take part in competitions at their own risk and Kaya FM bears no responsibility for any loss, damage or harm suffered as a result of participation in any of Kaya FM competition.
One listener is entitled to winning one prize in a period of 3 months. Kaya FM reserves the right not to award a prize if the listener has won a prize prior during the 3month window period. This also applies to listeners who provide family or friend's contact details.
Kaya FM reserves the right to redistribute all unclaimed prizes if not claimed after 3 months after being given away On Air or on the website.
Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
Finalists will forfeit their participation in the competition if they fail to attend the draws.

By entering the competition, entrants agree to accept these rules and to be bound by them.
IMPORTANT WARNING!
Beware of bogus callers and SMS notifications that say you've won with Kaya FM. Here's how you can check for bogus notifications:
You will NEVER be contacted by SMS if you are a winner.
Unless pre-arranged with you telephonically, Kaya FM representatives will NEVER come to your office or home to say you're a winner or to deliver a prize.
Most of our prizes are couriered to you unless otherwise specified.
The ONLY prize collection point is at Kaya FM reception area, No.1 Central Place, 30 Jeppe Street, Newtown JHB. Please NEVER agree to collect from anywhere else.
If anyone phones to say you've won a prize in a Kaya FM competition, make sure you entered it! If anyone calls to say you've won on a competition you never entered, it is NOT one of the representatives.
If in any doubt, ask a caller for their name and the Kaya FM switchboard number and phone the caller back. Any number other than 011 634 9500 means the caller is trying to trick you.
If you are concerned that bogus caller has contacted you, please store the number of the caller (if you have a caller ID and email it to news@kayamail.co.za)
